I had wasted really lots of time going back and forth to the reception to replace the access card.
1- The room card locking system needs to be replaced by a new one the soonest. Nevertheless, I would like to point out few negative points that are not expected from a five star hotel and especially not from a Movenpick hotel. I had a nice stay and enjoyed the beach, pool and the city of Sousse.
